Terms of service.

By accessing or using IGnony you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

IGnony is a free web tool that fetches publicly available Instagram content (stories, highlights, reels, profile photos, IGTV videos) through an anonymous server-side request and displays the result in your browser. IGnony does not authenticate as you on Instagram, does not store user accounts, and does not host the Instagram media it displays.

IGnony is a general-audience service intended for users who are at least 13 years old, and at least 16 in jurisdictions that set a higher minimum age for online services. By using IGnony you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you are using IGnony on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

You agree to use IGnony only for lawful purposes. You will not use IGnony to harass, stalk, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm any person; to attempt to circumvent Instagram's privacy controls (private accounts are explicitly off-limits); to scrape the service in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the infrastructure or violates our rate limits; to resell or commercially redistribute access to the service; or to violate any law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where you access the service. We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or permanently restrict access for anyone who violates these rules.

IGnony works only on publicly available Instagram profiles. Private accounts are protected at the Instagram platform level and IGnony does not, and will not, bypass that protection under any circumstance. You are responsible for ensuring that your own use of any content you access or download complies with applicable law and with the rights of the original creator.

All Instagram media displayed through IGnony belongs to its original creators. IGnony does not own, license, or grant any rights in that media. If you download a photo or video through IGnony, your use of that content is subject to the original creator's rights and applicable copyright law.

IGnony, the IGnony name, and the IGnony visual identity are owned by IGnony. You may not copy, modify, or republish them without permission.

IGnony is free and is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the service you acknowledge that ads may be displayed alongside content, and that advertising partners may use cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to, and inclusion of an ad does not imply endorsement.

IGnony is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do our best to keep the service fast and reliable, but Instagram's public endpoints change frequently and may break IGnony temporarily. We make no warranty that IGnony will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available in every region.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGnony and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGnony and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

IGnony is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and any reference to them is for identification purposes only.

These terms are governed by generally applicable principles of law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be resolved in the appropriate courts having jurisdiction. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

We may update these terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of IGnony after the change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
